LifeSystems is a Peruvian advisory and consulting company specialized in designing and executing sustainable development projects and programs "through the eyes of the communities".  We analyze the territorial (ocean, coast, sierra, selva) realities where projects and operations are planned or underway, factoring in critically important elements like cultural and ancestral dynamics, climate & biodiversity, water security, health, energy and infrastructure and look at these through political, legislative, environmental, economic and social lenses.

We believe that ESG and shared value initiatives are most effective when they are understood through a systems lens and that the linkages within the system are clearly identified and integrated into strategies.  By taking a systems approach, projects will be far more sustainable secure.

Our President & CEO, Carlos Loret de Mola, is a miner / geologist, was President of CONAM (Peru's environmental authority) and Viceminister of Territoral Governance in the PPK administration.
